How long will my order take?
Most of our stock is handmade by me. Due to the products being handmade or hand printed I aim to deliver between 3-10 working days after purchase.
Delivery & Collection
For UK orders we send parcels out by Royal Mail or EVRI. There are a few options for Royal Mail from standard to Tracked 24. please read the descriptions carefully. LARGE LETTER MUST ONLY BE SELECTED FOR HAIR ACCESSORIES. CLOTHING CAN NOT BE SENT THIS WAY. Please allow up to 5 working days from dispatch before chasing up your order. EVRI will only be used as a back up to any Royal Mail disruption.
Worldwide orders are sent by Royal Mail tracked shipping. Delivery time depends on the country you are ordering from. If you have any questions please contact us by email. We currently can not send to the EU due to GSPR regulations. If this changes we will update all customers.
For local order collection we are based in BILLINGHAM, TEESSIDE, up in the North East of England. You can select to collect your order for FREE. When your order is ready you will receive an email to confirm but please contact us to arrange a time to collect before calling in.
